I am an experienced licensed mental health counselor, coach, and educator with over 15 years of experience in trauma-informed counseling and program development. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, ShaQuan specializes in complex trauma, perinatal mental health, and healing from racial trauma. As the owner of ShaQuan Read Counseling LLC & Rooted in Breath Wellness, I provide psychotherapy and wellness programming to my community throughout Massachusetts. I am is a Certified EMDR Therapist & Consultant, Certified Brainspotting Consultant, and trauma informed yoga instructor.Â
