I'm ShaQuan Read and I'm so glad to support you journey towards becoming an EMDR Certified Therapist. Below you will find the forms you will need to get started. Prior to our first meeting you will need to complete your Contract Agreement & Consultee Information Form. You will also need to upload your EMDR Training Completion Certificate.

Group Consultation Sessions Meet on the 2nd Monday and the 4th Wednesday of the Month. Individual Consultations can also be scheduled. Prior to each consultation please review your caseload to identify any client cases t or questions you have related to case conceptualization to aid us in our work together.

As a reminder as a Consultant-In-Training I can provide 15 of the 20 hours needed for certification.
