We've been running on fumes. We are practicing self care, but it only are only getting us through survival mode. Our bodies are wired to protect us from perceived danger or stressors, but not indefinitely.
Join us for Understanding how our bodies respond to stress provided insight into how we manage stress in our daily lives. Participants will learn about the stress response, understand how we hold stress in our bodies , and how to calm our bodies so we can reduce feelings of overwhelm.
