Thank you for joining the Get Unstuck group. This group is designed as a supportive space for professionals to explore where they feel stuck using Brainspotting techniques. While I am a licensed clinician, this group is not a substitute for individual therapy, clinical treatment, or crisis intervention.

Participant Acknowledgment

By participating in this group, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Not Therapy: This group is intended for personal exploration and growth, not for diagnosing, treating, or managing mental health conditions. If you need clinical support, I encourage you to seek therapy with a licensed mental health provider.
  2. Confidentiality: While participants are encouraged to respect one another’s privacy, confidentiality in a group setting cannot be guaranteed. Please share only what feels comfortable.
  3. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being and participation in this group. If difficult emotions arise, I encourage you to use grounding techniques and seek additional support as needed.
  4. Not a Crisis Service: If you are in crisis or experiencing severe distress, please reach out to a crisis hotline, therapist, or emergency services.
