I began my career as an engineer, but always gravitated towards helping people and providing support to those in need of care. I have been in practice for over 10 years since graduating with a MA in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Trauma from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. As a Somatic Wellness Practitioner I focus on how our bodies, minds and spirit are impacted by stress. Using grounding and resourcing tools from my therapy practice partnered with Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction I help folks learn to navigate their nervous systems. I am also a certified yoga instructor and trained in trauma conscious yoga practices.
